CARLA M. MITCHELL

Greetings & thank you for considering Mitchell Mediation Services (MMS) to assist you in resolving the conflicts of life! 

I'm Carla Mitchell, owner of MMS and I have years of experience in Corporate Contract Negotiations and Vendor Management with premier communication companies. I am a trained Mediator with over 200 hours of combined training from Lakewood College, Univ. of WI-Madison Extension and Univ of WI-Milwaukee. I have earned mediation certificates in Business, Family, Divorce, Domestic Violence and Elder Care Mediation. I have facilitated private mediations and small claims mediations in Waukesha County and was a contract Mediator with the Milwaukee County Family Court. 

As an ordained minister I bring sensitivity, empathy and compassion to each mediation session. 

I have facilitated workshops centered around relationships both personal & professional; and I have facilitated workshops for workforce development agencies, MATC and social organizations that focus on professional readiness, conflict resolution techniques and interpersonal relationships. 

I am a published author and have written articles on mediation and dispute resolution for local newspapers.

I am excited to relaunch MMS primarily using a virtual platform that will allow me to expand my service offerings to a larger customer base. My business hours will be mostly in the evenings to accommodate the work schedules and busy lives of clients.
